my answer to that is, that s right. in a perfect world we would have a different scheme and would be allocating vaccines globally based on need and risk without regard to where we live and who we vote for. but that is not the way the world is structured. we have to think about what s fair and just in a non-ideal world, which is the world we face, this very difficult decision. dr. patel, we listened to dr. walensky there in speaking of vaccine hesithesitancy, saying there s not enough trust in the health care community, had there been more trusting members of the health care community, there would have been more vaccinations. i want to play for you momentarily some sound from mike flynn. and then i want your reaction on the other side.
