We know that 25yearold Donovan Lynch was shot and killed by a Police Officer friday night in the third Shooting Incident among three very chaotic incidents, and were not clear whether those were related. They appear at this moment that they were not related to one another. When he gives some more detail of this, hopefully we will know more. Im going to set the scene of what unfolded on a chaotic friday evening. This is what police say happened, the first shooting where most of the people got injured, no one killed, occurred right about over here, over my right shoulder. This is Pacific Avenue between 19th and 20th streets on virginia beach. It occurred right there. Im going to pivot over here. About eight victims were injured there. No one killed in that initial shooting. Three people were arrested in connection with that. Then there was a second shooting down this street, 19th stree
