FARGO Urban Foods Catering is busy taking orders from families wanting a little beef tenderloin and the fixings for their Christmas meal.
On Christmas Eve, Urban Foods will be feeding over 450 people in need as part of the Joy Project. Because of the pandemic, no volunteers could cook for the group, so the catering company stepped up. ....
