He will head before the Magistrate Judge. He wont be placed under arrest in handcuffs or mug shots. We know he will specifically be fingerprinted. Once hes here, hes in the custody of u. S. Marshals. Hes not in the custody of the fbi. Hes not going to have his hands behind his back. He did say he would be arrested today. I want to put up this truth
