COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card Photo courtesy CDC Mayor Dial is requesting the Assembly to support his proposed resolution which calls on merchants and service providers to refrain from discriminating against any individual by denying that person access to goods or services based upon their COVID-19 vaccination status or failure to provide that information. According to the CDC, individuals should receive a wallet-sized vaccination card or printout that tells the specific COVID-19 vaccine they received, the date they received it, and where they received it. The CDC is not recommending or requiring that vaccination cards be presented publicly on demand for access to services.

SitNews: What's killing killer whales? Orca report covering a decade of necropsies identifies threats

What’s killing killer whales? Orca report covering a decade of necropsies identifies threats   Tuesday PM (SitNews) - Pathology reports on more than 50 killer whales stranded over nearly a decade in the northeast Pacific and Hawaii show that orcas face a variety of mortal threats many stemming from human interactions. A study analyzing the reports was published today in the journal  PLOS ONE. The study findings indicate that understanding and being aware of each threat is critical for managing and conserving killer whale populations. It also presents a baseline understanding of orca health. Southern resident killer whale J50 follows her mother, J16, in the Salish Sea in August 2018.
