Awful. But what is exciting is when someone writing with talent comes along and look at the history and where we are today and talks to people go to places, and figure out a way to tell the story that makes us see thew new things with a lens we know is horrible. And telling us that gives us a way to deal with it and create a better future. I am glad you all came out. [applause] thank you for coming. When the war on drugs was being launched, the man who launched it, said there was one place in the world that proved more than any other that it was going to work. He said if you looked at this place it would prove if you crack down hard enough if you arrested enough people if you were consistently trust drugs and drug gangs would disappear. That place was baltimore. How is it working out for you . I am really glad to be here. I feel like before i start i should apologize for something. As you can tell from my voice i am not from here.
