The Occupational Safety and Health Administration has opened an investigation into the death of an employee Sept. 24 at Goodyear's truck and OTR tire plant in Topeka, Kan.
Timothy Cole, an employee at Goodyear's Topeka plant died Sept. 24 after suffering injuries in an incident at the plant, according to a Shawnee County Sheriff's Department report.
