(CPV) - The United States (US) Mission to Vietnam, through the Office of Defense Cooperation, recently handed over Trieu Thuan kindergarten to the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee in order to promote ongoing bilateral efforts in educational infrastructure and disaster relief.
