The Edmond City Council has breathed new life into a proposed public park to be filled with pavilions, playgrounds and dozens of sculptures almost one year after the project was declared dead.
After setbacks and hiccups, the city chose to move forward with plans to make the Uncommon Grounds Sculpture Park at 2nd Street and Coltrane Road a reality.
