A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking directions to protect the centuries-old religious structures including the 13th Century Ashiq Allah Dargah (1317 AD) and Chillagah of Baba Farid.
The Delhi High Court has observed that a mechanism needs to be evolved, if not already in place, to ensure that the action taken by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) on the complaints received.
