This year’s Diversity Forum theme was “amplifying voices through active listening and constructive dialogue.” Speakers from various backgrounds came together to discuss the importance of listening to others and understanding what other individuals may be going through.
The HerStory Slam took place Monday evening in honor of Women’s History Month. The event united women across the Pittsburgh area to share “a pivotal moment in the formation of [their] identity,” according to the event’s webpage.
