With orange cones, road closed signs and arrows informing drivers of yet another detour, it’s hard to miss the traffic shutdowns on the north and southbound lanes of Federal Highway.
The Florida Department of Transportation is reminding drivers that starting on Tuesday the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel will be fully closed for several days.
Fort Lauderdale officials reminded drivers Wednesday that the Henry E. Kinney Tunnel, which carries U.S. 1 under the New River and Las Olas Boulevard, will undergo a days-long closure starting next Tuesday.
