The lawsuit comes after an advocacy group posted on social media a critique of conditions at the Tulsa County Family Center for Juvenile Justice and called for an independent investigation.
“These two plaintiffs… are the only two living survivors of the massacre,” the 109-year-old women’s lawyer said. “We want these two survivors to see justice in their lifetime.”
