Brooklyn Berger, a Trinity Catholic Schools senior, won the West Dakota Chevy Major Scholarship totaling $5,000. Berger has also been selected as the winner of the Sax Motor Co. $500 Scholarship through the Chamber Leadership Dickinson Program.
The Southwest CTE Academy along with the Bakken Area Skills Center in Watford City and Minot Area Skills Center who will also receive $6.6 million apiece was awarded through the American Rescue Plan Act.
