Tributes have been paid to Rev Carmel Jones, a prominent figure of the Windrush Generation, after he passed away on Saturday following a period of ill health.
The Rt Rev James Jones, a former bishop of Liverpool, said it was intolerable that there had been no formal response from the Government on his report that was published in late 2017.
