I only had 30 minutes to film but it turned out to be plenty of time to get some fclips. I was able to stitch together eight minutes of fun South Bay surf.
All five judges called it. They didn't think it was intentional, otherwise it would have been a harsher punishment. So it's called an interference penalty one.
