Council hears committee’s NTVs recommendation By Sheryl Roadcap - sroadcap@sidneydailynews.com SIDNEY The issue of non-traditional vehicles (NTVs) on Sidney roadways was discussed during Sidney City Council’s virtual workshop session Monday.
