There was no shortage of holiday cheer in the Palmerton Borough Park on Saturday, as the Holiday Lighting Committee hosted its 11th annual Christmas in the Park.
The event has quickly become a favori.
Palmerton’s 11th annual Christmas in the Park is Saturday.
Sponsored by The Holiday Lighting Committee, the event is from noon to 5 p.m. in the Palmerton Borough Park.
It will feature 154 trees and mo.
Children of all ages anxiously awaited the arrival of Santa Claus at the Christmas in the Park celebration on Sunday.
The opening ceremony, held at noon, featured an invocation, message from Mayor Do.
Palmerton’s 10th annual Christmas in the Park that had been scheduled for Saturday has been postponed to noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
Entertainment is scheduled throughout the day including the Towamensing .
