Where a scammer uses social distancing as a convenient excuse. Aj showed us a series of emails from a suspected scammer named adam. He tells aj due to social distancing, he cant see the unit in person. He gets to the cell pushing aj to reserve the place before someone else does because other people are showing interest. The most interesting part about it is the price that he had on the property was probably 50 of the market rate. So it was really obvious that something was going on. So aj asked, is this a scam . Adam was ready with another excuse. This time blaming the federal government, saying the property was initially listed at a higher price but all homeowners had been asked to lower rents during the pandemic which

Slowdowns on the roadways. Yeah, were seeing a couple. Thankfully, as the rain moves out, we definitely start seeing better conditions on the road, at least for commuters. Chp is still reporting slowing thanks to the crash along northbound 87. It appears right now it may have just been a fender bender and they are looking to clear the lane. They should have that cleared out within the next couple of minutes, because they do have a closed incident, so hopefully we start seeing that backup recovering over the next 20 minutes or sooner. 6 01 right now and it looks like northbound 101 to highway 85 about a 22minute delay. Northbound 280 to highway 85 seven minutes and northbound 101 to san jose about 20 minutes. Not too bad. Heres a quick shot of san rafael.
