he was accused of pulling out a machete-type knife during a disturbance at the super wal-mart on floyd boulevard. wanatee was charged with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. he still hasn t been sentenced in that case. wanatee was also give credit for time her served inj prison prior to his conviction. that also reduced the time he spent behind bars. while serving his sentence, wanatee was placed on work release, and parole, and violated both.
