joining me now is nbc justice correspondent pete williams in washington. nbc news s garrett haake is in new castle, delaware, and nbc s ron allen is outside robert de niro s restaurant in the tribeca neighborhood of new york city. pete, let s start with you. what can you tell us about these new devices and the florida connection? the three devices found today, the two that were sent to biden, they had a pretty good idea that at least one device was sent to biden because they thought the postal service had gotten an image of it or a postal worker thought they saw it. this is the one that was found yesterday at cnn. they did find the two for biden. one in wilmington, one in new castle, both in delaware, at postal facilities. so there s that handled. secondly, the de niro one that was actually delivered probably yesterday, an official who worked at the building remembered overnight seeing it after looking at news reports that showed packages like this and said i think we ve got one, so
