Lawyers for failed Arizona attorney general candidate Abe Hamadeh will have to prove that miscounts or other errors in counting ballots would have led to his victory during a Friday trial without being able to use a computer record of all the votes and with just one day to inspect ballots in three counties, a judge ruled on Thursday.
Losing gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake has sued the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the county recorder over access to public records related to the general election on Nov. 8. The lawsuit alleges that 118 of the 223 voting locations in Maricopa County experienced problems with printers. The county has previously said that number was 70 centers.
