There is so much rain that the flooding has impacted people beyond the town of guerneville. Thousands have been impacted you are stuck in homes or decided to evacuate. Some decided to stay back. There is a look at the conditions right now. Reporter i am along the Russian River with the Fire Department we are getting a look at these homes impacted by the floodwaters but we see large pieces of debris. There are propane tanks floating through the water. This is the time we would be on a sandy beach. Reporter some are out of the homes since tuesday i. Many are trapped by floodwaters.
