Aaliyah Strong knows the pain of loss all too well. In 2022, she tragically lost her fiancé, Ty Ross, to gun violence. Since then, Aaliyah found the strength to turn her devastating loss into a beacon of hope for others.
A community in East Point is rallying together in order to help put an end to youth gun violence that has impacted many that live there, especially on Cleveland Ave.
Aaliyah Strong said her now 5-year-old son called Ty Ross dad, and he raised him like his own child. The non-profit helps families through different resources.
