After a hiatus last year during the pandemic the Standard Flower Show in Thomasville, Georgia, will return this spring for its 100th year.
Thomasville Garden Clubs will host their annual Flower Show 100 Years in Bloom Friday, April 23, from 2-5 p.m. and Saturday, April 24, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. during Thomasville s Rose Show weekend.
A free children s pollinator activity will feature Orchard Pond s bee hives and hands on activities on the front lawn Saturday from 10 a.m.-noon. The flower show will offer horticulture, designs, educational displays and an entrance garden at the Garden Club s home, The Thomasville Garden Center, 1102 S Broad Street, Thomasville, Georgia. Admission is free, donations welcome.
