exclusively with the woman that accused him of rape. loris woods bonded out of jail for $500. the rape accusers says she feared for her life and moved back in with her parents and he should have never been let out. in a sense knew her life was over. the victim of sexual assault went to police after 22-year- old loris woods attended at her house last june and raped her while she slept in her own bed. if someone is sleeping they don t give consent. it went to a grand jury and returned an indictment for felony sexual assault where his name was misspelled. and she warned her of this man. she asked about a gun and no, i do not own a firearm and she says does he know where you live and i said yes he came to a party and she says you can t medina court records show that woods pleaded no contest this past fall to one count of criminal damaging or endangering and one count of threatening domestic violence. in a separate case involving his wife. his wife had a protection
