He said Lim who is from Solano town with his family is one of Nueva Vizcaya’s prides. “It is an extremely sad day as Malacanang confirms the death of a very close and good friend and one of the province’s proud son,” he said. Lim’s sudden death at the age of 65 shocked Novo Vizcayanos in general. Padilla described Lim as a leader and a true down to earth and honest working man. “He will always be remembered for his principles and patriotism and his life story will forever remain as an inspiration for all Novo Vizcayanos”, he added. ....
