A report released by the Austin auditor’s office on Thursday has accused the local nonprofit Central Texas Allied Health Institute of fraudulently billing taxpayers for roughly $1.1 million.
Clinics are open to all eligible individuals without registration or appointment and require neither identification nor insurance. All vaccinations are free.
