329 E. Main, LLC, owners of the historic hotel at 329 East Main Street, Lakeland, Fla., announced the Terrace Hotel Lakeland will join Tapestry Collection by Hilton in April 2021. The property conversion consists of new branding as well as renovations to guest rooms, public spaces, and on-site fine dining restaurant The Terrace Grille. The 88-room hotel will be operated by Naples Hotel Group with construction led by Pinkerton & Laws and interior design by Sims Patrick Studio. The property is currently welcoming guests.
The hotel opened its doors in 1924 as Lakeland s first grand hotel and high-rise building, and Florida s first year-round hotel due to the invention of air conditioning.
