This has been diplomacy. i was glad to see secretary blinken at least having a consideration for a change. it s been a year with china. and then now the president engaged in nato. and so i think that the administration is recognizing that ther their diplomatic effos have been rather weak anemic. the military cannot do everything. i think the secretary of defense and the dod have done a great job exercising flexible deterrent options and showing a strong nato and at the same time the economic sanctions have not worked the way that we might want them to. so, i think we need to increase diplomacy to tone down the rhetoric and make sure that we have transparency on all the conversations. this nuclear move by russia is a big deal. it is just breaking a minute or two ago. and it s a big deal. ashley: yeah. it really is of course be sure
