Question of obstruction. Barr just revealed that mueller did not indicate that he wanted congress to make that decision on obstruction of justice. He also said that mueller did not specifically ask the attorney general to make that decision. He said thats generally how it works, the Justice Department makes that decision about charges with obstruction of justice. Now theres been lots of questions about the redactions. Hes making it clear that he plans to hand over a redacted version of this report but has not discussed overruled redactions with the mueller team and has not discussed redactions with the white house.
