Teah Bidwell was born not on the Fourth of July like the movie title but on Oct. 31. And she says a passion for Halloween was "just ingrained in me." When she got her first home in Centerton, she started to decorate for the fall holiday. And as the old saying goes, one thing led to another.
The current Property Owners Association's Board of Directors held its final meeting May 26. The June meeting will see a new board, although there are only a few changes.
