others strong emotions tonight on the streets, including disbelief, mistrust and obviously a lot of anger. we re going to speak in a moment with baltimore s mayor and with our panel of experts about all the unanswered questions surrounding freddie gray s death. but first, let s go to miguel marquez with the protesters in the city of baltimore. what s the latest? what s happening? well it s not entirely clear what is happening. they were just here at the west district police office where mr. gray was meant to be brought. the protesters have now moved to actually moving to the intersection here and it s not clear why. there s several hundred protesters out here at this point, throughout the afternoon, though, the numbers were as big as 2,000 people out here in these protests. they have been mainly peaceful but moments of great, great anger as we saw earlier. not directed at us. i mean i think they re happy that the press is out here covering this something that they say we

hey, good evening. thanks for joining us. we have breaking news and sadly a rising death toll in the wake of the massive weather system that has devastated parts of texas, oklahoma, and new mexico. nearly a foot of rain seemingly in places all at once. sections of houston underwater. rivers and streams hitting flood level in a matter of hours overnight, and then rising even further. also rising as we mentioned, the number of lives lost. at least 13 people have now died in this country, 13 more in mexico. in addition 15 people are missing, including a mom and two children who were in a vacation cabin when it was swept into a local river and carried downstream. we ll speak to the woman s sister who was on the phone with her as the house was being swept away. we ll also talk with one of the many first responders who have flown themselveses into the floodwaters to pull others out. first, let s get the latest from rosa flores. oh, my god! stop stop stop stop! you need to get out

news. the strongest hurricane ever. hurricane patricia being called the most powerful in recorded history. look at this picture of the mammoth storm. this was taken from the international space station. this is a storm defying history in almost every way, exploding overnight from nothing more than a tropical storm to a category 5 hurricane. that happened in just 24 hours. now hurricane patricia is about to slam into the pacific coast of mexico, with wind speeds at about 200 miles an hour and higher. gusts well above that. millions of people, including an unknown number of american tourists, in its path tonight. desperately trying to evacuate. obviously, so little time, because no one expected this. patricia is a catastrophic storm. forecasters warning the possibility of death and destruction is high. martin savage begins our coverage outfront tonight in puerto vallarta where the storm will make landfall. and obviously, martin, you are minutes, maybe an hour or so away. i kn
