Learned cole had somehow gotten hold of a loaded gun at the babysitters house and fatally shot himself. The babysitters fiance is a Stafford County sheriffs deputy in training. The orange countys Sheriffs Office is investigating the incident. They say the gun that killed cole was not a service revolver, but the deputy wasnt at home at the time of the incident.
