Kongsberg Digital has agreed to partner with BunkerMetric to include its BunkerPlanner software application in the Kognifai Marketplace.
BunkerPlanner has been created for ship operators to make optimal bunker purchasing decisions by helping them to select ports, volume and fuel grade for bunkering.
This application reduces costs while considering relevant operational, commercial and regulatory aspects.

Sweden-based Marinvest has signed a contract for the deployment of Kongsberg Digital’s Vessel Insight on five of its oil and chemical tankers.
The solution is planned to be installed on all five vessels by September.
