MONROE Republican Town Councilman Tony Scott and Democratic Board of Education member Nick Kapoor are vying for the 112th House seat recently vacated by JP Sredzinski.
Gov. Ned Lamont scheduled a special election for Tuesday, April 13, to fill the vacant seat, which consists of Monroe and portions of Newtown.
