Charges tomorrow and the suspects arraignment is on tuesday, alex. one big question is how did paul pelosi make that 9-1-1 call? i know there s been all sorts of reporting, something about being able to say i need to use the bathroom or something? that is been out there. have you been able to confirm that? so, police have said that pelosi was able to make the call in a veiled, secret way so that when he was speaking on the phone with the 9-1-1 operator he was speaking in a way that the intruder did not know that he was on the phone with police. it seems like, when i spoke with the police chief yesterday, that paul was speaking in a way with the intruder so that the 9-1-1 operator could hear that he was in danger. this was, again, in a way that the intruder didn t know for a fact that he was on the phone that the 9-1-1 operator was able to elevate the call so officers could get there quickly. the police chief told me when they entered, they saw all the
