TRENTON, N.J. (Legal Newsline) - An unhappy customer is hoping to lead a class action lawsuit against Chick-fil-A over what she says are hidden fees on delivery orders.
A group of customers is suing Georgia-based Chick-fil-A in New York, saying the fast food giant secretly hiked delivery fees during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Chick-fil-A is being accused of imposing "hidden delivery charges on its customers in addition to the low 'Delivery Fee' represented in its app and on its website."
