Pence, but he isn t faring so well on this executive privilege claim that he keeps asserting. so if he doesn t appeal and doesn t get a stay from the supreme court, pence could theoretically go in pretty soon and tell his full story. as we know the special counsel is very interested inparticula about trump s efforts to block the certification of the election, something pence knows a lot about. all right, andrew, do you see any reason for the supreme court to intervene in this none whatsoever i mean, there are two potential grounds, one is speech and debate clause, and the other as laura said is executive privilege. neither one is likely to be something that he s going to executive privilege as laura said is something that he has repeatedly lost, so i just don t see the supreme court intervening in this, and speech and debate clause is really a privilege that mike pence has but not the former president so what really remains now is

that s off of ali s playlist, donna summer, she works hard for the money. that videotape is pretty crazy. let me introduce you to the panel, ali is joining us, cnn s chief business correspondent and anchor of world business today and john fugelsang, and will cain, cnn contributor, columnist for theblaze.com. our starting point is jobs, jobs, jobs. everyone s going to be looking. what do you think, ali, are we going to see? we ll see an addition of more than 205,000 jobs, that s the estimate for the month of march, that will be the third month in a row for 200,000 plus. it will be the 18th month in a row of job creation. there are a lot of questions as to why that s happening. some people say that back during the financial crisis, way too many people were laid off. they overshot, or they didn t, companies didn t hire enough in the ensuing months of the recovery. whatever it is, it s here. the rate will probably stay the same at 8.3% but there s a disconnect as more job

Supreme court intervening in the issue as you know. and yet while abortion as a political topic remains one of the most controversial, when i worked in the senate, when i worked on campaigns, when i worked as a lawyer, this is a controversial topic. what is interesting is i would like you to speak to us about this, roe v. wade is not controversial. abortion is. look at the polling here, should you overturn roe v. wade? 28% say yes. a tiny minority for this country s politics. and a whopping 69%, two-thirds of the country, including many independents and republicans, say, no, don t overturn it. that s right. and supportor roe v. wade has only grownnd even since this election because i think that folks in this country not only women, but women and men realize what is at stake. i think that s in fact, you no he, know if you ask people in this country, they may have their own feelings about abortion but this is a decision that they can t make that decision for every other woman. that
