On 25 January 2021, it was announced that the board of Cortina Bidco Limited ( Bidco ), a newly incorporated company indirectly controlled by funds managed by Flexpoint Ford, LLC ( Flexpoint ), and the Independent Directors of AFH Financial Group Plc ( AFH or the Company ) had reached agreement on the terms of a recommended all cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of AFH (the Acquisition ).
