Katie McCormick, a member of the Board of Education, left Wednesday night's meeting instead of voting on the spending plan, saying said she did not have enough time to review the budget that had been sent to the board later than in past years.
The originally proposed motion to alter winter break might have been good for teachers, but Student Representative, Kristen Merrill said it would be difficult for most students.
