Irving voters approve $563 million in bonds, elect council and school board officials
Voters decided three city council races and one school board race.

Voters in Irving approved $563 million in bonds for capital improvement projects while electing three representatives to city council and one to the Irving ISD Board of Trustees.
The bond money will pay for street and transportation improvements, updates to aging city infrastructure, an expansion of the animal services campus, new land for parks and new police and fire facilities.
