Two Peace Region high schools competed among the best and brightest mechanical students across western Canada at the Edison Motors High School Go Kart Challenge in late May.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Students at North Peace Secondary School have stepped-up to fill a need to help provide comfort to medical staff at the Fort St. John Hospital.
Earlier this month, the Fort St. John Hospital Foundation put out the call asking local crafters to help create fabric scrub caps and either the plastic surgical facemask ear savers or adapters to alleviate discomfort that some frontline workers are experiencing due to long hours of wearing the personal protective equipment.
