Four teenagers ran from the scene after they crashed a vehicle into two homes at 11th Avenue North and North 32nd Streets Tuesday morning. The crash sequence started when a police officer tried to stop the vehicle on Parkhill Drive because it was driving with three flat tires. The driver then sped away from police until the crash.
