Is getting its first taste of the wind and rain from Hurricane Florence. The storm itself is still a few hours away, but its a prelude of the damage florence could inflict when it does make landfall. Tonight, however, in a historic weather twist, americans on the west coast are on alert with an eye on hurricane hilary as it races northward off the baja peninsula parts of california are under the first Tropical Storm watch ever issued for that state. Hilary, a major category 4 storm now, but expected to weaken by the time it reaches the u. S.
