The singer joined Graham Norton to chat about her single Stop Right Now , the lead track from her new album Do It Again which is due for release on the 5th March.
Explaining how the album came about, she said: I was writing and recording material for a while and then I did the masked singer, and it was after that, you know it was just a no-brainer. I was just totally loving the songs I was singing on the masked singer and I wanted to put them on an album and that s what I did
She was quick to state that there are only five songs from the show on the album, with more original tracks to complete it.

The 51-year-old singer - who finished filming for The Masked Singer UK in October and was revealed as Harlequin over the weekend - was left in pain for about a month after contracting COVID-19.
She told The Sun newspaper: I’m slightly asthmatic, so initially it was just a case of feeling like I was breathing through a pinhead, but it was only at times I had to use my inhaler.
“The worst symptoms for me were the headaches. It was excruciating and constant. I was taking painkillers but after a while I had to stop because it wasn’t doing anything. It wasn’t even touching the sides.

Gabrielle has shared details of a new album. Do It Again will arrive on March 5 via BMG and feature the newly shared single Stop Right Now, which debuted on Zoe Ball s Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 2.
The bright, piano-led, soul-leaning pop track is one of two original songs on the LP that were co-penned by Gabrielle with Ben Cullum, the other being Can’t Hurry Love. Describing the former, she said it s “about stepping away from a relationship for a little while to save it. It was recorded with Ian Barter, who also produced, mixed and mastered the record.

Gabrielle has announced her new album, Do It Again .
Following her unmasking as Harlequin during the semi-finals of The Masked Singer UK , the Dreams hitmaker has unveiled her follow-up to 2018 s Under My Skin .
Gabrielle has kicked things off with the release of the lead single, Stop Right Now , one of two original songs on the 12-track LP, along with Can t Hurry Love .
The collection also includes her covers of Billie Eilish s everything i wanted , Rihanna s Diamonds , Falling by Harry Styles and Tracey Chapman s Fast Car , which she performed on the ITV competition.
