A growing number of former employees are suing a well-known Sparta steakhouse and its owner, alleging he sexually harassed and abused staff for more than a decade and retaliated against anyone who complained claims the restaurateur denies.
The lawsuit against the Mohawk House and owner Steve Scro seeks $15 million in damages. It was first filed Nov. 23 but an amended complaint this month brings the total number of plaintiffs to nine.
