Artmobile coming to Staunton on Memorial Day weekend

STAUNTON Exhibits and art showcases will be available in Staunton Historic Wharf District this weekend thanks to the Staunton Augusta Art Center.
The art center will be hosting the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Artmobile
over the Memorial Day weekend. The featured exhibit is called A View from Home: Landscapes of Virginia.
The event will take place at the Sunspots Pavilion in the wharf.
The traveling art museum showcases art from the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts’ permanent collection, a release said.
The artmobile gallery will be open on Saturday, May 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
