Regional analysts believe North Korea, one of the most heavily militarised countries in the world, owns a large stockpile of artillery shells and rockets and would likely offer Russia bullets, shells and even old missiles.
Moscow on Monday confirmed that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is making an official visit to Russia on President Vladimir Putin’s invitation. Reportedly, the leaders would meet in the Russian port city of Vladivostok.
