Come in, especially these historic rains that they ve been seeing here. this is actually one of the lower areas here of this neighborhood where the waters are the lower. we can t even get back to some of these other areas because of how inundated this area is with water. in fact, yesterday fire crews were out here going up and down these streets on jet skis to get folks that were stranded in their homes. the myrtle beach area itself has declared an emergency declaration as well in addition to the state emergency declarations which have been signed. and really as this rain continues today, we ve already seen about 4-5 inches since midnight alone, and we re looking at another 3-4 inches throughout the rest of today. so this flooding all through here as well as through the entire state, it s far from over, bill. bill: you can t drive through that a either. and folks are being told to stay off the roads. the water s an issue, what else? reporter: yeah. the roads certainly are a problem w
